About Us

We believe that voting with your dollar is one of the best ways to support a cause. However, we've found that doing so is oftentimes a frustrating process. Not only is the relevant information on which stores fit our cause locked away in online groups and forums, that information is also not represented in a way that is useful. We decided to create a tool that makes it easy to build an online, map-centric directory to help people share and consume information on where to go to support the causes they believe in. Put another way, any store that fits any social cause can be highlighted by the people who support them. This is an ambitious project but we hope that we are able to help everyone be more mindful about where they spend.
